The App allows users to input, visualize, and analyze their spending based on user-defined data, including a "baseline" or spending target. The App does not connect to bank accounts or financial institutions and does not automatically retrieve financial data.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: the accuracy of the data you enter into the App, how you interpret and use the information provided, and any financial decisions you make based on the App. Awesome Wallet does not verify or validate user data.

4. No Financial Advice

The App is provided for informational purposes only. Awesome Wallet does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The App should not be considered a substitute for professional financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Payments are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Awesome Wallet does not store or process payment information.

6. Data Storage and Privacy

Awesome Wallet stores your data locally on your device. The App does not require account creation. The App does not transmit personal financial data to external servers. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and data. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Awesome Wallet is not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on the use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, content, and functionality, are owned by Awesome Wallet. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.
